WHY SHOULD I TAKE VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS?
When it comes to sports nutrition, nothing is more important than providing your body with the proper nutrients it needs to help heal itself after heavy physical exertion. Vitamins and minerals play a key role in strengthening the immune system and encouraging the body’s natural capacity to heal itself. They also play a role in energy production and growth by helping the body perform vital functions necessary for converting proteins and carbohydrates into fuel the body can use. Not only do vitamins play a role in boosting physical energy, they also help support brain function and memory, counteract the effects of stress, cleanse the body of poisonous toxins, support a healthy heart and cardiovascular system, and promote bone, vision, joint, prostate, skin, nerve and organ health, just to name a few. Vitamins, along with other health-promoting nutrients, are involved in all bodily functions, from fighting infections to repairing tissue. Taking nutritional supplements, on a regular basis, is a smart and inexpensive investment in your current health and future well-being.
CAN’T I GET ALL THE VITAMINS I NEED IN THE FOOD I EAT?
NO! Processing and cooking destroys many of the nutrients found in food. Agricultural studies have also shown that fruits and vegetables do not contain the rich sources of vitamins and minerals they once did, as farmland soils have become nutritionally depleted. Junk foods, which contain high amounts of salt, sugar and fats, actually deplete vitamin and mineral reserves in your body, and could cause heart disease and diabetes. Carbonated sodas contain high amounts of phosphorus which robs calcium out of your bones. The caffeine found in coffee, tea, and sodas will deplete the body of B1, B6, B12, folic acid and Vitamin C, while alcoholic beverages can deplete the body of B-Vitamins. Even everyday stress, smoking, and smog robs the body of vital nutrients.
IS A ONE-A-DAY VITAMIN CONTAINING 100% OF THE RDA’S SUFFICIENT?
NO! Most, if not all, single one-a-day type tablets you find at grocery and drug stores do not contain enough potency to have any significant effect on the body. The recommended daily intake (RDI) established by the Institute of Medicine’s Food and Nutrition Board to determine the minimum potency of vitamins needed to prevent disease and/or death, does not take into account what potency level of vitamins is needed to maintain optimal health rather than borderline health. They also did not take into account a person’s diet, metabolism, age, eating habits, gender, weight, general health, medications taken, stress factors, lifestyle, occupation, climate, or environment in which they live. All of these factors play a significant role in determining a person’s daily nutritional requirements.
SHOULD I EXPECT TO FEEL MORE ENERGY WHEN TAKING VITAMINS?
YES! Although everyone’s metabolism and nutritional needs are different, most people will experience a significant increase in stamina and energy levels when taking a quality vitamin product. Vitamin users tend to be more alert, and are able to think, reason, concentrate, and remember better. They can also handle stress and are generally more positive in their outlook. When a person feels better, they enjoy life more. If your body is deficient in a particular nutrient, you might feel a tremendous boost in your energy level after taking one or two vitamin packets. Others should feel a noticeable difference after taking them for a week or two. Having extra energy, however, is just a side benefit of taking vitamins. The most important benefit is that they work internally, in your blood, cells, and organs, boosting your immune system and preventing disease.
CAN I TAKE VITAMINS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH?
NO! Vitamins cannot be assimilated without ingesting food. That is why they should be taken with a meal. Also, vitamins cannot be assimilated without the aid of minerals, which is why our Vitamin Packets contain a complete Mineral Complex containing 10 major Minerals plus 73 Trace minerals.
WILL VITAMINS OR HERBS CAUSE ME TO FAIL A DRUG TEST?
NO! The nutrients found in our Vitamin Formulas will not cause you to fail a drug test.
SHOULD I TAKE VITAMINS IN THE MORNING OR AT NIGHT?
We recommend that people take vitamins in the morning with breakfast. By doing so, it enables the vitamins to work in your body all day. They will give you that extra boost while working, and will be there to replenish nutrients lost due to the stress of your daily activities. If you work a night shift, or plan on being up all night, you should take your vitamins late in the afternoon or early evening.
ARE VITAMIN PACKETS SAFE? – CAN I OVERDOSE ON THEM?
Vitamin Packets are the safest and most effective way to take vitamins. It is biologically impossible to get any kind of an overdose on a complete, natural, well-balanced Vitamin Formula. Whenever you hear something negative about vitamins, it is always regarding synthetically manufactured vitamins, and it is always in regard to taking one particular vitamin by itself, to the exclusion of all others (i.e. taking mega doses of Vitamin A). The antioxidant nutrients found in our formulas will always expel any unused oil-soluble vitamins from the liver, and the water-soluble vitamins are naturally eliminated by the body.
WHY ARE THERE SO MANY TABLETS IN YOUR VITAMIN PACKETS?
To make a product that “really works” you cannot skimp on the formula. It is impossible to get high potencies of all the nutrients you need in one or two tablets, therefore, we put groups of nutrients into a separate tablet/capsule and by doing so we can make the product more potent and control the disintegration time of each tablet/capsule so they will disperse effectively within the body. In addition to the vitamins and minerals, we have added dozens of important nutrients and even our functional support capsules to many of our packet formulas.
SHOULD I TAKE VITAMINS EVERY DAY?
YES! Our Vitamin Packets are designed to be taken daily. To feel your best, and to get the most benefit, you should take vitamins every day. Water-soluble vitamins, such as Vitamin C and the B-Complex, don’t stay in your body for long periods; your body absorbs the nutrients it needs and the excess is flushed out. To eliminate this problem, we make our water-soluble vitamins sustained released so that they will break down over a 10-12 hour period.
SHOULD I TAKE THE ENTIRE VITAMIN PACKET AT ONCE?
YES! The entire packet should be taken at one sitting, with a meal. Vitamins cannot be assimilated without ingesting food, which is why we suggest taking them with a meal. Also vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients work synergistically with each other, meaning they are far more effective when taken together.

CAN I TAKE DIFFERENT FORMULAS ON DIFFERENT DAYS?
YES! Some customers will take, for example, a lower potency formula such as our Nutrition Pak on one day and a higher potency packet, like the Power Pak, the next day. This gives the customer a variety of nutrients and lowers their average cost per day on the vitamin packet. Great for those on a fixed budget!

All of our products go out the door with a 2 ½ year expiration. This means, we guarantee the potency of our products through that expiration date. The packaging material we use on our Daily Vitamin Packets is the industry's best. It consists of cellophane layers with a polypropylene core.
